Note: Entries for all five races listed above close by noon on Friday, 23 October 2009. Horses entered will be required to make first and second declaration,accompanied by designated form each time. Third Declaration will be required upon confirmation to be selected to run. Supplementary entry can be made by horses which were not previously entered, but have made the supplementary nomination and be selected by JRA selection committee to run. All declaration fees and supplementary entry fee are non-refundable. Southern hemisphere bred horses in 2007 will be allowed 2 kgs.
