This racecourse is situated to give visitors a superb full view of the Ariake Sea from its stands. To the left one can take in the sight of Shimabara's Unzen-Fugen Mountains. Nearby is Mitsui Greenland, famous for its Ferris wheel with a diameter of 100 meters.
