“With today and yesterday, he knows there's something coming on, which is really good. Having a couple of days of jumping, in a row, has got him alert.
Considering the fast pace in the race, I'm not worried because he's settled and he won't do anymore than he wants to do. Hopefully he'll break well, and more so tomorrow, as long as he keeps his jumping rhythm, we'll be happy. We just want him to be in comfortable position.
Regarding the barrier draw, maybe for him tomorrow, outer (stall) would be better than inner-we'd rather have him a little bit of room so he can sort himself out.”

“The horse is very fit and tuned up. Since he's been jumping, I think he must know that there's a race. Tomorrow we'll hand walk him and have him ready for the race.”
