Japan Cup, Japan Cup Dirt oversea entries arrive safely

All oversea entries to the 2007 Japan Cup (G1) and Japan Cup Dirt (G1) have now arrived to Japan.

Japan Cup Dirt (G1) oversea entries:
Jack Sullivan (USA) from Great Britain
Kandidate (GB) from Great Britain
Student Council (USA) from USA

Japan Cup (G1) oversea entries:
Artiste Royal (GB) from USA
Dylan Thomas (IRE) from Ireland
Halicarnassus (IRE) from Great Britain
Papal Bull (GB) from Great Britain
Saddex (GB) from Germany


Artiste Royal

Clement L. Hirsch Memorial Turf Championship S. (G1) winner, Artiste Royal was the first horse to arrive on November 6. He traveled with Becrux, Mile Championship (G1) entrant. Duo from California have completed quarantine and are now training at Kyoto Racecourse.


Jack Sullivan

Jack Sullivan and Kandidate are entries from Great Britain to the Japan Cup Dirt. They have completed quarantine and are scheduled to move to Tokyo Racecourse today. Student Council, winner of 2007 Pacific Classic S. (G1) is expected to be one of the favorites for the Japan Cup Dirt (G1). He arrived on November 14 and is scheduled to move to Tokyo Racecourse on November 19.

Dylan Thomas

Dylan Thomas, 2007 European Horse of the Year, Halicarnassus, Arc Trial (G3) winner on previous start, Papal Bull, Princess of Wales's S.(G2) and Saddex, Rheinland-Pokal (G1) winner, were the final group to arrive to Japan on November 16. They are scheduled to transfer to Tokyo Racecouse on November 21.
