KARASI, the back to back winner of Nakayama Grand Jump 2005/2006 arrived safely in Japan with his stable fellow PERSONAL DRUM on Wednesday, March 14th.
The 12 year old champion jumper flew in on CX006 and it was a 16 hour flight from down under to bring him back to Japan. The Eric Musgrove trained Australian-Jumper-of the-Year should be ready to target for the hat trick which will make him a legend in the Japanese jumping scene.
Two contenders from New Zealand, REAL TONIC and NO HERO were also transported safely on the same flight and all four southern hemisphere contenders moved to the quarantine centre where they stay until Tuesday, 20th.
All the four geldings are expected to run in the prep race, the Pegasus Jump Stakes on Saturday, March 24 at Nakayama Racecourse.
