After the work Take said, "The horse seems to be in very good condition, this dirt course is different from the Japanese one but he ran very well. He has experienced different ways of running where he has come from behind and where he has stayed in the middle so he will deal with any style of the race.",

Flamme de Passion clocked 51.7s for 800 metres and 24.1s for the final 400 metres.,
Take commented, "I wanted the outside draw for Flamme de Passion, but I am looking forward to a good result, in his last race at Tokyo Racecourse he was pocketed by the other horses, but he drew away from the group. That experience will be good for him."
