The National Association of Racing (NAR) issued a short-term riding license to French jockey, Olivier Peslier, on the 21st of January, effective from the 21st of January to the 20th of February.
This license allows him to ride at Kawasaki Racecourse (Local Government racecourse). He will be primarily riding for his host trainer, Hiromi Yamazaki who is based at Kawasaki Racecourse.
